My Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

Here's a new sneak peak recipe for the Sexy Domestic get fit program. Every ingredient is beneficial and the taste is sure to wake you up with a zing!









Ingredients: Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small

1 c. ice
1 c. orange or tangerine juice
1/2 c. non-fat greek yogurt
6 strawberries
1 banana
1 handful spinach
1 1/2 T. chia seeds
1 T.  raw honey

Blend everything together till liquified and enjoy. So simple and delicious!
